November 13, 2009 All Nighters ALL NIGHTERS INFO · 3:00pm - Pre-registration opens the day of each event, call in to pay and reserve a spot · 8:00pm – On-site registration and Check-In opens · 9:30pm – Registration closes · 10:00pm – Doors CLOSE – be in or be locked out, no exceptions · 9:00pm – 9:00am – official hours of the event. o Nobody comes in or out overnight other than employees and volunteers. · 10:00pm – first game of the night · 12:00am – buffet loosely based on the theme of the event · 2:00am – Dodgeball – winners get wrenches for trophies and are allowed to sign the giant dodgeball trophy. · 7:00am – pancake breakfast · 8:00am – 9:00am – sign out · Cost - $35 for members, $40 for non-members (*New Years Eve is $75 for members and $99 for non-members) Games, Contests & Raffles throughout the night GAMES: Dodgeball 3 man tournament, S.K.A.T.E., Ollie – high and long, Kickflip contest, Death races on BMX, skateboard & inline (individual & relay), Hang-On, Tag, Foot-Down – BMX & skateboard, Hippie Jump, Sticker Hunt, Scavenger Hunt, Product tosses and searches SEPTEMBER 18th – Pirate Theme (Sept 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day) OCTOBER 16th – Halloween any costume goes - sponsored by Vans NOVEMBER 13th – Hippie Night DECEMBER 11th – Ninja night – wear all black – free ninja masks DECEMBER 31st – Moustache/Beard With the VANS pizza feed to start the night.
