FREE RIDE @ RYE AIRFIELD promotion Rules and Regulations:

Send ten (10) Wild Waters 10 oz. bottle labels to - Wild Waters FREE RIDE, 20 Central St. Hingham, MA 02043 to be received by July 31, 2008 via U.S. Mail only - and receive one free session pass to Rye Airfield - New England's Premiere Skate Park, Rye, NH. Labels must be accompanied by a self addressed envelope. Address must include your name, residence number and street name, city, state and zip code. No postage required on self addressed envelope. Self addressed envelope can be folded in order to fit into outside envelope. Send 10 labels for 1 pass or 20 labels for 2 passes. Limited to 2 passes per household while supplies last. There will be 1,000 passes available. Allow 14 to 21 days to receive pass in self addressed envelope. Passes received through FREE RIDE @ RYE AIRFIELD are not valid during holidays, vacation periods or special events (see http://www.ryeairfield.com/event_MOD.html and click on Current Calendar for details regarding holidays, vacation periods and special events). Passes received through FREE RIDE @ RYE AIRFIELD are valid for one 2 hour and 45 minute riding session in the skate park only (includes bowls, street course and half pipes), do not include equipment rental, cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, have no cash value and are void if duplicated. FREE RIDE @ RYE AIRFIELD will have 1,000 passes available which may all be claimed before redemption deadline 07.31.08. If this happens, Wild Waters will return all self addressed envelopes with a note indicating the program has expired. Rye Airfield and Wild Waters reserve the right to discontinue this promotional program without any prior notice. Legal U.S. residents only. By submitting a claim for a pass each participant agrees to waive and release, and to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Wild Waters and its owners, employees and agents, from, any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fees as to such participant's own claims or those of any spectator, other participant or third party in connection with or arising out of such participant's presence and/or involvement or participation in any Activity at the Rye Airfield or participation in the FREE RIDE @ RYE AIRFIELD promotion. All participants will be required to sign a standard waiver prior to entering the park according to Rye Airfield's participant policy.
